Have you always wanted to climb Quamby Bluff? This majestic beauty rises up overlooking the Meander Valley and can be a challenging 4 hour return hike, incorporating bush walking, rock scrambling and a steady climb, (some steep). Healthy, vegetarian snacks provided along the way will keep your energy up and once on the plateau we will enjoy the vista and be guided with a meditation. Upon our return to Hearts Haven we will prepare and enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch which has been grown from our home garden or sourced fresh, locally. Followed by a gentle foam roller therapy session in the Training Studio and a relaxing, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Herb teas and vegan cheesecake to conclude our day.
