Outside Training

MOVING YOURSELF OUTSIDE

Grab your sunglasses and cap and lets get some Vitamin D on your skin and move your body at the same time. Outside training sessions are suitable for all abilities as we adjust the training to suit individuals. We utilise the environment and its surrounds for a total body workout. Please bring a mat, water bottle and wear clothing suitable for all weather variables. Meet at public venues as mentioned on the timetable.
